Divorce Agreement
My husband and I are legally separated, 5 yrs and 4 mos. I did was not working, husband makes 117,000./yr and claims hardship. He is proposing 1,500/mo in support. How do I counter-propose?

Without more information one cannot give you a well reasoned answer. You can always ask for more but until you discuss the facts of your case with an attorney it will only be a guess. Your counter demand could be either too high or too low.
