getting a divorce in america
i am from another country and i am in America with a visa. i would like to get a divorce from my husband that is in my country. is it possible to file for divorce in America. my husband and i are not citzens in America.

You can file for divorce in California if you have been a resident of the State for at least 6 months, and the ocunty in which you file for at least 3 months.
