Divorce or anaulment ?

I'm 38 and in March 06 found out that the girl 19 now 20 i was dating was pregnant. She was scared of what was going to happen to her, so we drove to las vegas and we got married 2 days later. I would like to support my child but would like to get out of this marriage which I only did because i felt obligated. Can i get it anauled or do I have to get a divorce? been married since 03/06. How do I start which ever I have to do?

The most probable answer is you will have to get a divorce. The grounds for an annulment are very narrow. Contact an attorney and discuss the specific facts of your case.
