Hello,
Thank you for answering this email. My boyfriend married at 17. She left and never kept in touch. He is now 39, and has not seen his ex in years. How can he apply for a divorce, not know ing where she is?

He's required to exercise due diligence to locate her. There are plenty of search firms around that could probably find her. If not, then he'll probably be permited to publish notice.
