What is the statute of limitations for filling an appeal to the courts for my divorce aggreement where terms were not met and in violation?

Your question is not clear. The time for filing an appeal is 60 days after the judgment is entered. If the terms of the court order have been violated then you should review the divorce agreement and then seek to enforce the terms of the agreement in court.
