Legal Question in Family Law in California

I had an attorney but could not afford her fees anylonger and my divorce is not moving, my ex still has an attorney and he is not moving forward because she is not in a hurry to get a divorce, we have gone to mediation, the kids are no longer an issue I am paying child support to the DA cause she is on walfare. What do I need to file to get a court date to proceed? I need to get on with my life!
