I need a divorce atty that will charge my ex-husband to be for fee's. I have a fee waiver from the court on filing fee's but I some one to help me get temp. support right now

You can't find one. It is illegal. Your attorney can ask the court to order your ex2B to reimburse some or all of your fees, but it is illegal for an attorney in a divorce case to agree only to be paid if the ex2B is ordered to pay, or to be paid out of the proceeds of a property settlement. You must be personally responsible for the fees, and then get whatever you can from the ex2B in reimbursement.
