Legal Question in Family Law in California

After a divorce, can a ex come back to charge me her attorney fees so we can recalculate child support? I elect to not use an attorney because it's expensive. She now says I must pay for half her fees since I elect not to have an attorney? No Alimony has been ever filed. Been divorced for over 2 years now. I have the kids 35% of the time and she has 65%. I pay child support and she is now unemployed collecting unemployment. Can she stick me with part of her legal fees that she chooses to use for the simplest things?
