Legal Question in Family Law in California

After divorce and bankruptcy

After divorcing my x 10yrs ago and we both declared bankruptcy on each other, he now taking me back to court trying to get credit on assets that were to be sold in the divorce settlement.

He is also trying to get the court to credit the amount of the assets and is also stating that he has paid every penny of child support.

which is not true. there have been two state audits

one by the state of idaho and one by calif. the

amounts are within pennys of each other.

i guess my questions are can he do this and do i have the right to ask for orginal checks? he the type of guy who makes a copy alters it and makes another copy and submits as an orignal.
