Divorce= bills

Being seperated and never worked in our 11 yrs. marriage. he has been paying all the bills. Now I find out that all the bills are late and he hasnt been paying them. He lso is letting our home go into forclosure.What can I do?

You may want to do both a bankruptcy and a divorce. How you should proceed depends on what you want to keep and what you want to get out of your spouse. Also, you do not have to do a divorce in order to get spousal support and orders relating to the property of the marriage.

You should take him to court and get a court order to have him pay the bills. You should act immediately though before a foreclosure happens.
