Legal Question in Family Law in California

divorce

In my divorce I bought my ex out of

our house, now my home is worth

less than i paid her for it, I have now

owned it for a year with out her, we

are still going thru a divorce and now

she is asking me for a lot more

money she wants for the house, she

said she was not happy with what

she got. She was happy then can

she do this?

Generally judgment provisions regarding property rights are not modifiable. However, was there a judgment,or order? You have stated that you are still in the divorce process. If you were represented by an atty you should contact them ASAP.
