My brother's wife kicked my brother out of the house and then listed their house for sale and forged his name. The Realtor knows the signature is forged. What legal recourse does he have? My brother's wife is also holding my brother's Rolex watch and threatening to sell it. He has had that watch for 20 years.

He needs to retain an attorney right away. He should file lis pendes which will warn potential buyers that the title to the property is part of a contested proceeding. The court can also deal with the watch. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
