Legal Question in Family Law in California

Divorce

I know california is a no fault state. If it's against the military to commit adultery and god's law why can't i sue my husband of 26 years and his girlfriend under a different law for adultery? Personal injury? Interfering with intimacy of a marriage? Thats a law. Even if i go to small claims court for compensation. Help?
