Legal Question in Family Law in California

I have been trying to get a divorce in california and nothing has been heard since 11/14/11 except for his comtempt charges and his child support claims. not the court gave me an At Issues-Memorandum form to fill out and I don't even know what it is. can you tell me what I should do to get the divorce heard.
