Legal Question in Family Law in California

How do I get a divorce case dismissed in CA when lawyers of both sides are non responsive and the court is rejecting the case dismissal paperwork from us because it's not from our attorneys and rejecting the substitution of attorney paperwork because it isn't being recognized by the opposing attorney. It's been 2 years of this and we NEED it dismissed. I can't even find a lawyer to just take over the case and dismiss it for anything short of a fortune that we don't have.

File and serve a request for order for the matter to be heard by the court for dismissal . Be sure that the attorneys that are still on record as counsel are sent notifications of this hearing with proof of service.
