Legal Question in Family Law in California

My divorce case is pending in San Diego County. I have the following questions:

1. How can I withdraw my existing FL-150, Income and Expense Declaration and submit a new one?

2. I have submitted form FL-170, Declaration for Default or Uncontested Dissolution or Legal Separation (Family Law) so the judgement could be mailed out. Since it might take a long time, how can I rescind that so I can get the process over with quickly at a hearing instead?

Thank you.

1- you don't withdraw any document already submitted. You simply amend but in this case just submit an updated one.

2- You need to set a hearing for default. Usually in San Diego they will automatically set a status conference there needs to be a hearing before the judgment is entered.
