Divorce & Child Support

If I am still married to my husband and he left me for another woman and went & married her in Las Vegas without divorcing me. She gets 30,000 a month for Indian Capita, isn't there someway he could help me with my 5 kids that he is the bio-logical father to? In desperate need of help A.S.A.P. Please!

Contact the local child support services agency and request help. They should pursue him for child support. If is is living off this woman then ask the court attribute income to him for the best interests of the children.
