Divorce while Citacion Judicial (Summons)

I have been sued and received Citacion Judicial a week ago. I have yet to respond and will do so in a week. In the meanwhile my wife wants to get a divorce while she keeps all the assets we have, i.e. house, cars, etc (worth $1M). Since I caused everything, I don't have any problem with that. However, when I lose the case, which is probable, then the court can ask my wife to pay for the damages (est. $100k) that the juror determines? Wonder how long the court can go back?

What you are referring to is a transfer in fraud of creditors. Such a transfer can be set aside. With an estate the size of yours and your wife you should retain an attorney to represent you in this matter. As a general rule the best approach to these situations is to proceed directly and solve the problems.
