divorce and co-signer on a car loan
i am about to start a divorce process with my husband, i am the co-buyer on his car. i know he is going to mess up the loan, he told me he would. do i have the right to take this car so i can protect my credit

You should consider requesting possession of the vehicle and that you will be responsible for the debt on the vehicle. If your husband demands possession of the vehicle, then request that the car be transferred to you if he misses one payment.
