Legal Question in Family Law in California

After divorce The courts gave me weekends with my daughter. My X wife has been taking my daughter to Mexico without my permission using her old passport book from USA. How do I stop this and what form do I file to stop this action. I was under the impression that both parents had to agree to this.

You should immediately return to court on an ex parte emergency request to stop her from doing this. You should also ask that the court order that that passport must remain in your care and that she cannot get another one. reissued.
