divorce

the courts told me to serve my husband with the same packet i filed with the courts to notify him of the hearing but i dont want my husband to read my declarations, can i take out the attatched declarations

Absolutely not. He has a right to know everything that the court knows. You better get an attorney to help you on this. Good Luck, Pat McCrary

Your husband has the right to know what you are telling the judge so that he can respond to it and present his side to the court. Also, if you take your declaration out, it's going to look bad to the judge, and it will be deemed improper service. You could be penalized by having your OSC dismissed, and you will lose credibility because the judge will think you must have lied if you don't want your husband to see your declaration.
