Legal Question in Family Law in California

divorce custody of children

I am currenly disabled due to kidney failure and have filed for divorce and custody of my 2 children. My wife has moved in with her boyfried whomis a recent parolee in a one bedroom home or apartment and my kids have been dirty and smell funny. Of which i think drugs are being used. I am physically handicapped in walking and she has filed a restraing order claim physical fear and injury. I have called police for fear in past of her purposeful allegations towards me but the court date is March 12 what are my recourses ? She calls constantly and during her claiming injury i have family picture taking during that same day we were at a family event she requested to attend
