Legal Question in Family Law in California

Divorce/ Custody

My husband of four years and I are seperated, however not legaly. We have a three year old daughter who is living with me. I know I am entitled to Child support but for how much? Also when we got married I was an unemployed housewife. Am I also entitled to some form of spousal support? If so how much?

Re: Divorce/ Custody

18% of your husband's gross income is the child support figure up to a maximum of $800 a month. Alimony for a 4 year marriage is iffy. I would not expect more than a year's alimony.
