I found out that my husband had been arrested in march for touching women inappropriately. He hid this and was recognized by someone at church. He had been caught by friends a few years back and we ''worked it out.'' I have filed for divorce and have always paid 2/3 of

the bills. I pay about 5k a mth and he pays about 2k. He owns a small failing business and was fired from the school district once they found out about these charges. He is emotionally abusive and has my kids scared to even talk to me. We have to remain living in the house together and now he is giving me 0$ for bills and the mortgage. He says that he is just going to let the house foreclose which will ruin my credit and his. This is what he wants! He wants to ruin me. He read my 12 and ten year old the divorce papers and told them that he was just helping these women that he violated. My kids now think I am the bad guy and wont speak to me and now hes not working at all. He stays home and is all the sudden a super dad after consulting an attorney. He refuses to pay any bills and I don't want my credit ruined. The house will be 30 days late on 12/31/08. Can I ahve a judge force him to pay? How can I protect my credit? He refuses to sell it as well. Wht should i do?

You need to review the facts of your situation with an attorney. It may be possible to get a court order removing him from the family home and setting child support.
