Do you always have to wait 6 months to finalize a divorce before remarrying, even if both parties agreed to the divorce terms?

Sorry to give you the same answer as all the others, but yes, you will have to wait.
Our firm can do all of the divorce paperwork in one session, but we still have to wait six months for that order, and until then, you're still married.
