Legal Question in Family Law in California

Considering Divorce

Dear Sir

After 5 years of marriage I am contemplating Divorce, I have suffered mentally for the past 3-4 years from her and her children, Both teenage girls have racked up 3k phone bills, stolen our credit cards and ATM card. We have to lock our bedroom door with 3 locks to keep them out. Recently my wife and I purchased and new 2003 SUV and her work ethics have changed drastically, she not showing up and its putting us into a financial hole. I want to keep the house but get her out and the last of here girls who recently turned 18. What are my chances of divorcing her and keeping the house? What do I need to do? I know this may seem bare bone explanation but I cannot type all the stuff that has been going on.
