Divorce after Dismissal

How do I re-instate my divorce after I filed a Request for Dismissal without prejudice?

You will probably need to just file a new divorce petition. Should you desire to use the old filing date, then you will need to bring a motion to set aside the dismissal based upon mistake, inadvertence or excusable neglect.
