Legal Question in Family Law in California

I got a divorce in 2006, in the dissolution judgement my ex was to sale the house and pay me my share also he was to pay alimony for seven years . I never hot a penny. He just died of cancer and forty hours before he died he marry his lover. He didn't have a will . What can I do?
