Legal Question in Family Law in California
Divorce with nothing to divide.
We want to get a Divorce and we have been separated for around 8 years. We have no children and nothing to split. Neither one of us want anything from the other. Is there a form or software we can get for this situation.Or what is the best way for us to file?

The process for a divorce is the same whether you have just separated or have been separated to for years. Family courts have a law clinic that can provide assistance in filling out the forms for a divorce.
