Legal Question in Family Law in California

I am divorcing my husband of 12 years. We have a minor son and no property. We have not been in a relationship since 1999. We are in agreement on every aspect of this divorce. I do not have a clue which forms i need. Please help. Also, can i file a fee waiver with these forms?
