Divorce Domestic VIolence

If my husband it's the petitioner he filed under irreconciliable differences, during a Domestic Violence Process I got the legal & physical custody of two kids, he kidnapped them last year I want to finish my divorce here, both cases were consolidated & in the final judgement the court requests both signatures? Please which is the next step.

If you cannot get a written agreement for the judgment, set the matter for trial. You can ask a clerk for the appropriate form or you may wish to obtain an attorney. Good luck, Pat McCrary
