divorce

in a no fault divorce what can be used if a spouse does not want to pay any monies... what are grounds for the court to deny any financial support.

Your question isn't clear. If you are asking about child support, there is no way to get out of paying child support. If you are asking about spousal support, it depends on the length of marriage, and many other factors. It doesn't matter if it's a "no fault" divorce.
