My fiancee has a case out of los angeles. We were wondering what paperwork needs to be done next. He's already filed the ''summons,'' the ''petition,'' and the ''declaration-custody minor child.'' The ''response'' and ''default'' paperwork with be filed soon. The default paperwork is going to be filed because this case is a year and a half old. Please let us know what else to file and in what order. Thank you.

After the default is granted...he needs to file the Judgment package. Did he already filed the proof of service?

remember to file your proof of service and to file a judgment that mirrors your petition. if you add anything extra to your judgment it will be rejected.
