Legal Question in Family Law in California

What Do I Do Now ?

I am doing a divorce myself I filed back in May and served my ex already we have no property to divide and we decided on joint custody. I June he filed his respone portion we both agreed to the same things. So does this mean we are divorced already or do we need to file more paper or go before a judge?

A judgment of dissolution must be submitted to the court and signed by a judge before you are divorced. You need more help than you can get on the internet. Check for a law clinic sponsored by the court, a book or contact an attorney to assist you in finishing the divorce.
