Legal Question in Family Law in California

divorce

I filed for divorce in Feb. of 2005 my court date was Dec. 30.2005 on my case summary it says that the judgement package received on this date. But on my status it says divorce pending. Does this mean that I'm divorced and if not what do I need to do to make this final?

you should ask the clerk if there are any forms that you still need or is it awaiting the judge's final review/signiture. The Notice of entry of judgement and judgemnet are the final word that you are divorced.
