I filed for divorce in June of 2005, my spouse never responded...however we did go to court to settle child support. He has been in jail since August 2006. He never signed any paperwork, I had someone doing all my filing and I think that my request to enter default was returned...I am not sure what I have to do next...refile the default? get him to sign something? go back to court? It has been almost 2 yrs since I filed...I dont want to be married anymore!

You need to find out why the default was rejected, then fix that problem. You should be able to set a hearing to prove up the default and get divorced. Without more of a reason that the default was kicked, I'm not sure what to tell you.
