Legal Question in Family Law in California

Divorce- What I can do.

I have filed for divorce, he did not respond after the 30 days, so I filed a default motion. Now that I've gone this far can I take my name off of ie. bank accts., car insurance, health insurance. I have opened my own bank account, got my own car insurance and have taken him off of my health insurance. I want to know am I legally allowed to do this?

You should read the automatic temporary restraining orders on the back of the summons. You may have violated several of these restraining orders. Seek legal advice immediately. You can get the advice only if you take all of your documents with you at the conference.
