I filed for divorce a little over 4 years ago, my x still hasn't signed the papers, we have since then both droped our attorneys........He was supose to buy me out of the house, he got some money to partically buy me out but has not given me anything.......... I have moved out bout 2 years ago, is there a statute of limitation, or because i moved out, do i still have rights to the house, or the half of the money of the house??

Your community property interest in the house and other community property assets does not disappear with the passage of time. However, the value of your interest may change due to numerous factors, change in value, payments with separate property by the other spouse. As a general rule there should be a time limit for him to perform, that is refinance and buy you out of the home. If he does not perform within the given time then the house would be placed on the open market for sale. You should consult with your prior attorney or another attorney about your particular circumstances and possible solutions.
