Divorce
Filing for divorce. One daughter who is not the biological child of husband. Husband does not know this. If I ask for child support and this information is revealed would I be responsible for child support paid? Was married in 1993 child born in 1997 separation 2005

The child was born during the marriage. Therefore the child is presumed to be his. He has two years after the birth of the child to request a dna test. After that date the dna test can be done only if you consent.
