I've filed my first set of papers with the court, I'm confused about what to do next. Can you help?

Re: Divorce Filing

You should talk with the family court facilitator in your local county for self help individuals who can give you advice on how to proceed. Another option is to go to the library and check out self help books on divorce.

As always please contact a local attorney in your area before taking legal action.

Good luck!

There are lots of things to do depending on the facts and circumstances of your case. If you'd like me to help set a strategy and give you more detailed information, call for a one hour consultation. I do them for $375.
