Legal Question in Family Law in California
divorce filing question
I now live in AZ but lived in CA with my wife. I have been in AZ for 9 months. My wife said that she filed for divorce in CA but I haven't received paperwork and can't get my attorney in CA to return my phone call so I don't know if it has been filed or not. We have been separated for over a year. Should I re-file (if she has in fact filed)? And if so, should I file in AZ?
