Divorce Finance Question

My wife did not work during the marriage, I worked for the government and paid all the bills. And she has taken 10,000 our of our shared account. I have found that she has had 77,000 in her own name and she is a POA on an account with 200K on it.

Can I get my 8,500 and 10,000 back if I can prove she has had more money than me all this time?

If she is a POA on the account with 200K and I can prove that she uses that money for herself. Can I get any of it?
