What is the way to find out, if my wife has file eithr for divorce or nullity of marriage in san diego,ca,but now i'm a resident of florida?

You could hire someone to find it on the Internet or you could find it yourself on the Internet. What you are looking for is a public record and should not be hard to find if it's there.

You best bet is to check with a divorce lawyer in California, who can find out for you. Barring that, you'll probably want to call the clerk's office there. I think they have two family law clerk's offices in San Diego County (but I'm not a California lawyer, so double-check me on it), one downtown and one called "south county."
