divorce from france
I decided to divorce my husband who was drinking, smoking marijuana, not working and cheating on me. I am currently in Paris, France, and I would like to do my divorce from here because I don't want to see him. Is it possible to finalize everything without coming back to California? If there are no children and the marriage lasted less than 5 years you may be eligible for a summary dissolution. Yes. But you will need an attorney in your venue in U.S. to file all paperwork and appear in Court on your behalf.
