Legal Question in Family Law in California

divorce

Can a divorce be granted if one party refuses to sign the papers? The case has been to court numerous times and mediation numerous times. If written into the document that finacial matters may be revised later, can at least a dissolution be granted?

Yes, you may be granted a divorce as to "status", and the "financial matters" determined at a later date. If you would like further assistance in this matter, contact us directly.
