Legal Question in Family Law in California

divorce the hard way

I was unexpectedly hit with a divorce & restraining order the same day. In 5 months the court hasn't decided anything other than that I worked 24/7 prior to breaking my elbow. I lost my house, cars, boat, $15,000 for attorneys, all my tools & still can't get cleared to return to work. My wife harasses me & my mother every time I have the kids. I can't make the full child support payment decided by the court. Workmens comp is fighting me but the doctors won't release me to work. I am stuck between a rock & a hard spot. I've drained my mother for attorney fees & rent to have a place to see my kids. My attorney is not returning any of my calls. Help

Re: divorce the hard way

sounds like your wife is extremely agressive. you're going to need to raise more money to pursue your strategy. you might want to talk to your attorney about pursuing another strategy. if s/he is not returning your telephone calls, you might want to hire another attorney.
