i havnt seen or heard from my husband in 23 years just want a divorce so i can re marry what can i do i have no clue if my ex husband is even alive its been 23 years

You will need to make a "diligent search" for him and attempt to have him served at any legitimate address you may find. There are specific rules about what a diligent search must include. If that is unsuccessful, you then move the court for an order permitting you to "serve" him by publication in a newspaper (you've seen the legal notices, at the backs of papers, right?).
Then you complete the process.
