Should I hire a private detective to gather my others unfaithful evidence? Will such evidence give me an advantage in the divorce process like child custody, how to separate our asset ?

Re: Divorce

not really. california is a "no fault" divorce state, so "cheating evidence" would not make your ex at fault per se for your marital dissolution, in which the court would "side with you" per se in the community property division. however, your ex's character and/or lifestyle that is specifically relevant to your children's overall well being could easily come into to play in the court's determination of child custody/visitation rights. if you would like further assistance, contact us today.
