Divorce hold up
I am a widow, how has been seeing a man who is legally separated from his wife and has dependent children. He has filed for divorce, but at the 11th hour, she has changed the terms of child support, stating that even if he gets custody of the kids, he must continue paying her child support. Is this legal? second question...Is there anything that can be done to sever the marriage and deal with custody issues later? This and similar issues have been holding up the divorce for over 2 years.... Thanks for your guidance
