I want a divorce from my husband. We've had three domestic violence issues. One which is still pending & we also have a restraining order. What rights do I have? The only thing I want out of the divorce is the car. I've depended on this man & i need the car to get on my feet. It is under his name he says he will put the car in his dads name so i cant get it. We also have 2 boys. i dont care for child support or anything. i will be fair with visitation/custody. Joint custody is fine with me, but Im wondering about the car?

No one can answer the question about who gets the car without reviewing the facts in your case. Transferring the car to his parents will only makes the situation more difficult. You are entitled to receive child support. You should consult with an attorney regarding your situation.
